WHAT’S INSIDE THE MENTAL GRIEF PLAN?
The Mental Grief Plan is a digital workbook designed for you to identify and approach your grief related to miscarriage, pregnancy or infant loss in a gentle, self-compassionate way.
SESSION 1
Navigating Pregnancy-related Grief
Understanding and processing grief is part of the healing process. In this session, we go over ways to approach grief with mindfulness and mental tools to use when those feelings of grief come up for you.
SESSION 2
Sharing & Acknowledging Your Loss
Having to share the news of your loss can be extremely difficult. Use this session to make that process a bit easier, and employ the help of those closest to you. It also suggests ways of marking your grief and acknowledging your triggers.
SESSION 3
Continuing Your Journey
You may know what your path forward looks like, or it may still be a little murky. This session teaches ways to use mindfulness when contemplating which path you want to take, and mental tools to use as you continue your journey.

Backed by Science
Research has shown mindfulness to reduce depression, stress and anxiety, reduce chronic pain and improve sleep among other benefits. One study showed mindfulness to help those who were grieving the loss of a loved one by better responding to emotional experiences and functioning on a day-to-day basis. In other words, nothing is going to erase your grief, but mindfulness can help you respond to overwhelming feelings related to grief, along with coping in your daily life.
